Response to American Dream

Even now people are still being criticized for being gay or lesbian, yet not how it was before the 21st century. We make jokes about those who prefer the same gender and we never resort to use physical bullying to them. Yet the people who hold some spite for them are still there and continue to pass a little of their ideals to their kids. While we have people accepting the fact that a person is gay or lesbian. How long will take for the general populaces to fully accept those who prefer the same gender.
While it seems like we are accepting those with the taste for the fellow man or women, it would take a long time for the bias thinking to stop. People think that they don't hold any malice thoughts to the gay while in fact it is still in graved in our way of thinking. People make jokes about them all the time thinking it doesn't do harm, but in fact it is fear that causes them to make them. That fear will hold bits of hate and will stick on to the people with the media making jokes of it as well.

Femininity and Masculine

While the roles of gender have been given for hundreds of years a lot of them are being broken by women today. Women used to be about trying to please the man while caring for the child of the family. While the mans job is to work and do the manual labor for the family. So will the roles of gender be the same for the next 50 years to come? To me the answer to that would have to be a no.
While yes women still fill in the role today and have the old mentality. Many today are already doing things that are out of the women expectations. Men as well where the men take care of the children while the women are out working to feed the family. Women are fighting as soldiers in the army along side men. It won't take long before the gender roles that we knew for many years change.

Will we still act to our own groups in the future?

What I have read is that many of us now prefer to stay to our own groups than with opposing different ones. This has to do our own psychological thinking that has been there before the modern age today. Yet, today people are slowly breaking from that way of thinking and can be found in schools now. School now don't have the usual groups being separated and making sides against each other, so will this way of thinking continue in the future?
Sadly the answer to that would be yes. While it isn't that sever, it is still strong in our minds that what is different will stay different. We humans would like to keep to our selves than with something that is different from their comforting group they familiarize them selves with. So while it is weaken today the future will still hold this prejudge with them in the end. Its a matter of lessening it to a agree that isn't harmful.

Do people think about having a different ID. Some usually are complacent about them selves and continue their life. People have go with the flow mind set and don't have a problem. People have some curiosity of what it would like ti be different. So the question is " Do we want to be different?"
The answer to that would be a definite yes since people in our current society go out and find ways to experience a different identity. Video games is a big evidence regrading that we as humans want to try and be someone else with a new identity. World of war craft is a game with races to choose from many conventions would have people dress up as their character. Avatar the movie is a big example as well as Jake Sully being the character who strives toward the change.

What I can tell of the movie Avatar.

While the question of the white man being the messiah is implemented here in the movie Avatar. There are some differences that could be seen here. One is that he has a completely different body. While he is originally a human and not a native. He still has the complete mind set of the role as the messiah. So does Jake Sully still count as the white messiah to the Na'vi?
That would be a yes, since the actions of this character follows the actions of past characters who taken the role as the messiah. While he is just suppose to fill the role to get the natives to trust him, he ends up being one of them. He even goes against his own side with the Na'vi after loving everything he has been shown and taught. His nativity is the same but learns and becomes a type of savior afterwards.

Class and Virtue

Does this type of stereotype movie theme always happen. The are movies that seem to have a different set up for the lower class and for the higher class. Some instance the bad guys are usually the rich, while the lower class people are the good. Through there is still the case of how they dress. Does it really follow this movie stereotype about class and virtue?

The are also many cases where the movie has the good guy being the lower class going against the upper class. The movie Leon: The Professional has the main protagonist as a man living in a worn down apartment in little Italy in New York. He fights against corrupt DEA officer who is dresses nice and has money. Even though the DEA officer is high class, he still has the traits of a bad guy in the lower class like drug addiction.

Is the role Magical Negro still here?

Is the offensive role still used in movies were played in these last three years? Around recently movies should already stop using that role if it is offensive in the first place. Directors might have realized by now that it isn't really a role that is should be used now. Or do they still use the role today.

The answer to that is yes. In the Captain America film the Winter Soldier, the capt is seen talking to a black male on his usual morning runs. The black male hasn't been seen throughout most of the film and is shown when the climax is near. The character has the characteristics of the "Magical Negro," who gives some advice to the capt and helps him the final battle.
